The following link provides information on the subject of a top secret general courts-martial conducted in Vietnam in January, 1968 which was concluded twenty five minutes prior to the beginning of the TET Offensive. The major topics on fraud include the presentation of fabricated evidence at trial and the secreting exclusion of exculpatory evidence for three years in Washington, D. C. This information was mysteriously located and presented to the Court of Military Review who determined that it was "newly found evidence and fraud on the court", resulting in the overturning of a conviction for premeditated murder.
Additionally, the following information was discovered in 2000 in the Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential Library files in Austin, Texas. This information clearly shows treason in wartime as the president's advisers chose to blatantly disobey presidential directives issued during National Security Council meetings, during wartime. These once top secret minutes of National Security Council meetings were unilaterally declassified by the State Department in 2000 much to the chagrin of the CIA.
