Volunteers Wanted for a Research Study in the New Jersey area
A single one-hour session on the Kean University East Campus will be needed.
“The Effects of Blast Related Brain Injuries on Auditory Processing”
This research study is designed to examine the effects of exposure to blast explosions on auditory processing. This study is being conducted by a graduate student from Kean University’s Speech Language Pathology department as partial fulfillment of her Master’s degree.
To be eligible for this study, volunteers must be…
• Veterans from Operation Iraqi Freedom
• Must have experienced mild traumatic brain injury after being exposed to blast explosion.
• Must have had a loss of consciousness for no more than 45 minutes.
